If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging where possible.
For hygiene reasons, used pet grooming products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on the next steps.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
